How long does shipping take?
Processing & Handling Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed before 23:00 are usually processed the same day.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or UK public holidays.
Delivery Time (United Kingdom)
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:
- Transit time: 4–9 business days
- Total delivery time: 5–11 business days (Processing 1–2 + Transit 4–9)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier volume or local delays.
Weekend Delivery
While we do not ship orders on Sundays, couriers may still deliver packages on weekends depending on their schedule.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
To ensure fast processing, all orders immediately enter our fulfillment system and cannot be modified afterward.
